Customer Support for the iFlow Director is available during normal business hours for the United States. These hours are normally 8 a.m. thru 5 p.m. Central Time Monday thru Friday. Every attempt will be made to meet your business needs during these hours.
- If you wish to open a support ticket, visit our Customer Support System. A BLADE Customer Support engineer will contact you via email, live chat or telephone.
- If known software issues are found, you may be requested to upgrade software.
- If a hardware issue is found, you will be instructed on how to return the affected hardware.
