that the two companies have entered into an agreement to establish Nortel’s Blade Server Switch Business Unit (“BSSBU”) as a private enterprise—BLADE Network Technologies, Inc.—the industry’s first vendor to focus exclusively on serving the network infrastructure requirements of the rapidly growing blade server market.
