BNT offers two classes of software
- Software Maintenance Releases (updates & fixes) - BLADE is committed to supporting the current (N) release and prior release (N-1) for the life of the switch whether in or out of warranty.
- Software Feature Release - is enhancements in functionality and requires the purchase of optional software licenses.
Download Software
You will need to create an account AND enter your serial number(s) & Premium Service license key(s) before downloading software to ensure your product is either within warranty or under support. If you do not have Premium Support, you may only download an update to the same software revision as when you purchased your product. For example, new "software feature releases" after 6.3, please purchase
